The Road To Sustainability Process™ was developed to help guide business on their path to green. It is a three phase project each with its own outcomes and next steps to follow.
STEP 1
Scouting Report
It all starts with the Scouting Report. We visit your site, scouting your office, your processes, your building, your staff, for clues to broad areas where savings could be hiding. When we present our report of what we found on our scouting mission, you get a big picture of what is working in your favor, and what challenges you face as you move forward.
STEP 2
Greenprint
The Scouting Report uncovers issues that need to be acted upon. Based on the Scouting Report recommendations and your business and environmental goals you may choose to act on one or more of these issues. ReSolutions will look even deeper into each of these areas and develop a much more detailed plan for achieving those goals. We call this a "Greenprint."
STEP 3
Implement
The Greenprint has been approved and now it is time to put this plan into action. ReSolutions professionals work with you and your staff to see that these programs are implemented and reported, keeping you on the path to sustainability and profitability.
